In Person counseling sessions are a good option for anyone. We meet at 30 Crossing Lane, Suite 203 in Lexington, VA. Sessions are an hour and are person centered approach. Take time to focus on your concerns and learn coping skills that may help you.
Online therapy sessions are held from the comfort of your own home, at a time that is convenient for you through our easy therapy platform. There is no drive time involved. You can use your smartphone, tablet or computer. It's as simple as clicking a link. We offer this to residents in Virginia and Michigan.,
Susan has been practicing counseling/social work for 24 years. She received her undergraduate degree in Social Work at Michigan State University. She then received her master's degree in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College in upstate NY.
